If your bot goes above the upper limit will it resume working when it drops back down?

I dont understand how this is calculated.I have read the tutorials and some watched some videos… if possible enlighten me

If your bot goes above the upper limit and falls back within range all the limite buy orders will be triggered once more , hence it buys back your asset and awaits to sell them back for profits. its only when there is no coming back to your range thats best to close and restart the bot
