I have 1000$ on a BTC/USDT grid bot running for 12 days, so "release profit" of 300$ will not sell any BTC in the grid?

But when I want to make any operation with those 24 usdt, it appears to me that they are frozen in a supposed manual purchase order, and I do not have any pending operation in manual orders, has something similar happened to someone?

The grid bot enables you to release profits without affecting your investment. there you can click on the release profit button and have your profits released

I invested 500 usdt asdn after a month I stopped Grid Bot, with a 20 usdt profit . When I wanted to withdraw I had only approx 300 usdt and therest approx 0.0035 btc . BTC remained in account and without any possibility to withdraw, because of your limit. Please, how Could I proceed in this situation ?
