How could there be unrealised gain of 4 usdt in a grid bot whose per transaction profit is 2 cents

Answer

Unrealized profit coming from increase in price of the unsold token. Because when starting the bot, the bot will bought several tokens and put it on higher price in sell orders, this token is not yet sold and the value is increase a lot compared to grid profit.
