Can i release profit if my unrealised profit is in negative?

Yes you can, Release Profit feature is for releasing Grid Profit and unused reserve fund from the starting fund. Even if the unrealized profit is negative, as long as the bot has grid profit and fullfil the releaseable profit calculation, you can release the profit.
