ETH dropped outside my grid. And is not making any transaction. Makes sense to Borrow some USDT using my ETH as collateral and open a new grid to capture the volatility?

When your ethereum grid moves out range you can close your bot but won’t sell your assets , this will make your ethereum available . You can then consider using a margin grid bot per your analysis of the market and risk manage to reopen the trade using a different price range. This works and it’s possible and okay to do that to catch the volatility of the market .
