Arbitrage profit is stored in the bot and help you to have a better liquidation price. If you release the margin of the bot, this will affect the liquidtaion price and might lead your bot to have a delevered position. But in the other hand, reinvesting the margin will have you a bigger position so you have the potential to have bigger profit from the arbitrage. Suits which option is better for your trading plan
