Can I stop the Grid bot in order to convert my profit for the day without canceling it or having to recreate it?

Yes you can do that. Try the Release Profit feature. You can find this feature in the details of a running bot. Choose the “Release Profit” menu to release your profit and unused reserve fund inside the bot without canceling/stopping the bot.
