Can i change the multicoins rebalancing period for each rebalancing?

Yes you can. In the latest version, you can change the period for rebalancing. You can edit this period in the running bot section. Go to trades and then choose bot. Scroll down to bottom and you will find your current running bot. You can edit the period in the details of your multicoin rebalancing bot.
