If Pionex does nothing when you press Copy Bot, do not assume you failed an unpublished requirement. The copy action should load a current strategy into the bot setup flow. Check the app version, strategy availability, pair, parameters, investment and any message on the next screen.
Use the current copy flow
For Spot Grid in the current Pionex guide, open Bot, Create, Spot and Spot Grid. Choose Copy Strategy, select an available strategy and press Copy Bot. Review the parameters, enter the investment amount, then confirm creation.
Copying does not create the bot immediately

A focused troubleshooting sequence
- Update the official Pionex app.
- Force-close and reopen it.
- Start from Bot and Create instead of an old notification or shared link.
- Choose a current strategy for the intended bot type and pair.
- Wait for parameters to load and read every validation line.
- Check available funds and the displayed minimum.
- Try the documented web flow if that bot is supported on web.
If one strategy fails
The copied strategy may no longer be available or may not support the selected pair or direction. Test whether another current strategy opens the setup screen, but do not confirm or fund it only for troubleshooting.
When to contact Support
If the latest app still returns to the same page or shows no response, record the exact path, app version, device, bot type, pair, strategy name and time. A short screen recording is more useful than saying the button does nothing. Hide balances, email, phone number and security codes.
