What if i set a grid bot to have a tight spread, what's the difference between that and one with a wider spread?

Answer

The bot with the higher spread will trade less often but will sell at a (hopefully) much higher price. It’s better if you think the price will shoot up rapidly in the following months. However, if the price is volatile, it’s better to use a tight spread so your bot will constantly trade and make use of the price fluctuations
