I had the same issue and wrote to Pionex support, this is the response:
Hello,
This is because Pionex has recently upgraded the ordinary grid bot, and the web version has not been adapted for the time being,
so you can only view it on the mobile phone and not on the web page.
It will take about a week before it can be seen on the web page.
