2FA Code Error
If you get a “2FA code error” when you enter the Google verification code, we suggest you refer to the following methods:
- Synchronization time: For the iOS system, please set the system time zone of your phone; for the Android system, please set “correction time used to generate verification code” in Google Authenticator;
- Change your browser or use the incognito mode of Google Chrome to log in;
- Clear the browser cache;
- Try to re-operate on the APP side
