2FA Code Error

If you get a “2FA code error” when you enter the Google verification code, we suggest you refer to the following methods:

  1. Synchronization time: For the iOS system, please set the system time zone of your phone; for the Android system, please set “correction time used to generate verification code” in Google Authenticator;
  2. Change your browser or use the incognito mode of Google Chrome to log in;
  3. Clear the browser cache;
  4. Try to re-operate on the APP side

If the above methods cannot solve your problem, please send an email with the content “Reset Google Authenticator” to service@pionex.com for help.
