Pionex’s published Infinity Grid design keeps its funds and completed Grid Profit inside the running bot. They do not appear as separate free balance while the strategy is active. To understand the result, separate Grid Profit from unrealized profit or loss and Total Profit.
Read the profit panel correctly
| Measure | What it represents |
|---|---|
| Grid Profit | Result from completed buy-sell grid cycles |
| Unrealized profit or loss | Current value change in coin still held |
| Total Profit | The broader result combining relevant components |
| Free balance | Assets available outside the running bot |
The Infinity Grid holds assets and proceeds needed to maintain its strategy. Pionex’s published guide says Infinity Grid does not provide the standard Release Profit function, so reported profit can remain allocated to the bot.
Closing realizes the current result
Closing ends the strategy and returns assets according to the closing choice and actual execution. The amount can differ from Grid Profit because remaining holdings, unrealized loss, market movement, slippage and fees also matter.
Check current controls before acting
- Open the running Infinity Grid detail page.
- Record Grid Profit, unrealized profit or loss and Total Profit.
- Check whether the current menu offers any release option.
- Review the asset and amount in each closing preview.
- Confirm the final transaction history after closing.

Frequently asked questions
Where do Pionex Infinity Grid profits go?
Pionex’s published Infinity Grid guide says the funds remain inside the running bot. They are reflected in the bot’s profit measures rather than appearing as free balance for another trade.
Can you release profit while an Infinity Grid keeps running?
Pionex’s published Infinity Grid guide says this product does not support Release Profit. Check the live bot menu because product controls can change.
How do you make Infinity Grid funds tradable again?
Under the published design, you close the bot and review its closing choices. The resulting assets and amount depend on the held coin, market price, fees and selected closing action.
Is Grid Profit the same as Total Profit?
No. Grid Profit tracks completed grid cycles, while Total Profit also reflects unrealized profit or loss on the asset the bot still holds.
Why can Grid Profit be positive while Total Profit is negative?
Completed buy-sell cycles can earn positive Grid Profit while a decline in the held coin creates a larger unrealized loss.
What happens below the Infinity Grid lower limit?
Pionex says the bot stops placing normal grid orders below its lowest price and can hold accumulated coin until price returns, unless a stop condition closes it.
What should you verify before closing an Infinity Grid?
Check Grid Profit, unrealized profit or loss, Total Profit, held assets, closing preview, fees, tax consequences and whether the live interface offers a release option.
Product controls can change. Confirm the live bot detail and closing preview before moving funds.
