You can no longer add or withdraw margin from the old Pionex Spot-Futures Arbitrage Bot because that bot was retired. Current Pionex Arbitrage sits under Earn. To add capital, make another eligible purchase. To remove principal, use Redeem. Rewards have a separate Release Rewards control.

How to add current Arbitrage funds
- Open Earn and select Arbitrage.
- Choose a product available to your account.
- Read its asset distribution, potential yield range, insurance-fund rate and redemption rules.
- Enter the amount and review the confirmation.
- Confirm only if the complete allocation fits your plan.
How to redeem principal
Open the product you hold, choose More, then Redeem. Enter the amount and read the live result before confirming. Pionex notes that redemption can be temporarily unavailable during the settlement-processing window.
Do not decide from yield alone
Redeeming frees liquidity but reduces the capital earning under that product. Keeping funds invested preserves exposure to the product’s changing result and rules. Compare the alternative use, concentration, access needs and risk rather than assuming more capital always means a better outcome.
