Pionex charge 10% of the profit right?

Is that 10% of the arbitrage profit or the total profit?Secondly when I try to release profit I am unable is this because futures is in neg?

10% profit charged is only for Spot-Futures Arbitrage bot. The other bot doesnt have this charge. This charged fee is for the Spot-Futures Arbitrage SAFU Fund , which is an insurance fund for the arbitrage bot. The 10% is from the total profit.

Spot-Future Arbitrage Bot has no release profit feature yet, you only can withdraw margin used by the bot. If you want to take out the profit, you need to stop the bot or take out the margin used. Make sure you dont take too much of the margin because it will affect the liquidation price of your futures market position.
