Do you have any resources/document where we can find the APRs for each coin or do we have to be logged in to Pionex in order to do this?

Answer

You need to log on into Pionex and see the APR inside the platform. Since it provide 180, 30, and 7d APR, the APR is constantly changing by the time. It counts x previous days (180 , 30 , or 7) funding fee performance and showing in APR fashion.
