The only solution offered is to qr code from the old phone but thats impossible when it’s the same phone that’s been factory reset. So I can’t access my account at all right now.Thanks
Send an email with the email you registered in Pionex to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject : “Reset Google Authenticator”, and the content of the email:
(1) Account nickname,
(2) Account registration time,
(3) Which trading pairs have been used for the grid bot.
