The last big crash we had some weeks ago there were binance outages I believe did that impact any users arbitrage bots? Or have there been invents as such where arbitrage bots got impacted similarly maybe you could explain what happened?

Price dumps affect less than price going up because arbitrage position will have short on the future side. The other thing might be there is the big negative funding fee. At the previous accident, we cover up for the funding fee using safu fund program, thus any of users join safu program can benefit the coverage
