No you can’t do that. You need to deposit to your Pionex account in order to trade . Once you have deposit into Pionex, you can trade either manually or with the help of bot. Since we are using aggregated liquidity from Binance and Huobi, technically it is the same for you trading in Pionex as trading in Binance and Huobi. What’s better is Pionex provide lower fees than both of the exchanges.
