Why cant we withdraw it or deposit? And when will that be back or enabled?

Due to the nature of Pionex ( it’s a broker of Binance/Huobi, which means your funds are there) not all coins are available for deposit/withdraw.
Pionex has to move your funds back whenever you want to withdraw them, imagine doing that with so many coins in the market rn
Only the most popular and used currencies are available for withdrawals and deposits, others will be added as users request
It’s plans to start supporting more coins for withdrawals / deposits in the next months
